Elder Care Cottages is known for using fresh ingredients to create homemade meals which are provided three times daily, along with snacks throughout the day.
Karen, Food Service Manager
Our residents enjoy getting up and coming out to breakfast either dressed for the day, or in a comfy bathrobe. The smell of fresh brewed coffee and a smile will welcome them to the table. The main meal is served at noon with homemade selections such as Chicken Marsala, Beef Tips, and Bourbon Pork Chops all served with a vegetable selection and delicious dessert. Our evening meal, served at 5:00 pm, is comprised of lighter entrees, sandwiches, and delicious homemade soups. The meals are plated and served in each cottage around a large dining table where caregivers and residents gather together to enjoy their meal. Gathering together with neighbors and friends is an important part of daily life for our Elders.
